With the signature ricey, umami flavor that you'd expect from Suigei, this junmai ginjo also has a hint of apple tart on the nose from the ginjo yeast. A finish so clean and quenching will have you asking for seconds and thirds. Have it chilled with raw oysters, steamed mussels or vegetables.
